Formwise provides a platform that allows users to connect their HTML forms to various tools and services without writing any backend code. Our system processes form submissions and routes them to your configured integrations.

Form data is processed and delivered to your chosen integrations, but we make no guarantees regarding delivery to third-party services outside of our control.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they process through our service.
• Users must not process illegal, offensive, or unauthorized content.
• Users acknowledge that Formwise is a data routing service and should implement appropriate validation and security measures on their own forms.

4. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Formwise provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or successful delivery to third-party integrations. Users assume full responsibility for any consequences of using our service.

Under no circumstances shall Formwise, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Data Storage & Privacy

Form submission data is processed and routed to your configured integrations. Formwise does not share or sell user data to third parties.

We take appropriate security measures to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Formwise uses Stripe as a payment provider for processing recurring payments. When subscribing to a paid plan, users agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We do not store or process payment details directly. All transactions are securely handled through Stripe's encrypted payment gateway.

Subscriptions will be automatically renewed according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled by the user. Users can manage their subscription in their account settings.

Refunds or disputes regarding payments must be handled through Stripe's official support channels. Formwise is not responsible for any transaction failures or payment processing errors caused by Stripe.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with various third-party services like HubSpot, Notion, and others. Users acknowledge that these services' terms and policies also apply to data processed through our integrations.

Formwise is not responsible for any issues, inaccuracies, or limitations in third-party services.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if they violate these Terms of Use or engage in misuse of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

Formwise reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in a competent court in Germany.
